On Saturday I will be heading North again to the next stage of my walk. This will be in two parts: (a) walking from Inversnaid to Dalmally, a gap left on the Spring trip because of having to take time out with a bad back; and (b) Connel Bridge to Fort William, which will be fresh ground. This will total about 80 miles over six days. I expect it might be quite cold and wet, but then walking by the Lochs in summer means midges!
I will do a new blog about this stage when I return.
The final stage - Fort William to John O'Groats is already booked for late March/early April 2025, with arrival date planned for April 9th. when I reach this stage, I will open the giving pages once more, so see if people are kind enough to donate a little moare and get the total up from the current 18,660.92.
Thank you for your continued interest
